Privacy Policy

ShadowEvo Ops is an AI operations advisor for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how Vantage Curation ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication data when you create an account (handled via Supabase, in a database dedicated to ShadowEvo Ops). If you sign in with Facebook or GitHub, we receive only your basic profile (name, email address, and profile picture) from that provider — never your password.
• Workspace data you share: the business information, metrics, and notes you add to your workspace so the advisor can reason about them, and the messages you exchange with the advisor.
• Connected accounts (when you connect them): if you connect a data source such as an advertising or analytics account, we access only the data that connection's permissions grant (for example, ad performance metrics), solely to provide the service to you. You can disconnect a source at any time.
• Billing data: your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Voice sessions (optional): if you start a live voice session, your microphone audio is processed in real time by our voice provider (ElevenLabs) to hold the conversation. The microphone is used only during an active session you start, and a text transcript appears in your chat.

How we use it

To provide and operate ShadowEvo Ops: authenticate you, let the advisor analyze the workspace and sources you shared, process subscriptions, respond to support, maintain security, and comply with law. Content you share with the advisor is transmitted to the AI provider that answers it (Anthropic) to generate the response. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever. Your business data is yours; we use it to serve you, not to advertise to you.

Agent actions

Where ShadowEvo Ops can take actions on connected accounts (for example, preparing an advertising campaign), actions run only within the permissions you grant, and anything the service creates starts in a paused, reviewable state. Hard server-side limits (such as budget caps) apply and cannot be overridden by the AI.

Third parties (processors)

ShadowEvo Ops relies on: Anthropic (AI processing of advisor conversations); Supabase (authentication and database); Stripe (payments and subscriptions); Vercel (hosting); and ElevenLabs (optional live voice sessions). Each processes data under its own terms as our service provider.

Data deletion (including for Facebook Login users)

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing vantagecuration@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Ops account". We will delete your account data within 30 days and confirm by email. If you signed in with Facebook, you may also remove ShadowEvo Ops from your Facebook account's Apps and Websites settings; then send us the deletion request above to remove our copy of your account data.

Retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and financial records. Disconnecting a data source stops further access to it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to certain processing. To exercise them, email vantagecuration@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data — including keeping ShadowEvo Ops accounts in infrastructure separate from our other products — but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

ShadowEvo Ops is a business tool, is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
